Plot

Plots are large squares of concrete on Earth that are fenced off and can be claimed by players. They provide a private space for players to build a ship, without fighting for room to build one, like before plots were added.

Vending[]

The Vending is used to dispense small parts for use in ships. It is named such because it was based on the Vending from SSE1, which was humorously made to resemble a vending machine as it dispensed parts in a similar manner. As time progressed, the name became vestigial.

Sawmill[]

The Sawmill was created because the Vending didn't have room for many buttons, and the opening was not large enough for pallets. Like the Vending, its functions changed greatly through updates. The Sawmill was also the basis for the Mill structure, where the original features live on, at least more so than in its companion.
