The Refueler is a structure used to refill the fuel reserves of nearby Ships and Jetpacks. It consumes **Natural Gas** and holds up to **500 liters** of fuel. Two non-gas-powered Refuelers are also found on Earth.
Cost & Input[]
- **Factory cost:** 200 Metal units
- **Input resource:** Natural Gas :contentReference[oaicite:2]{index=2}
Appearance[]
Refuelers feature three color-coded pumps (red, green, blue). Beneath them is a green panel indicating:
- Remaining fuel in liters
- Access mode: public or private
Clicking toggles between public/private.
- Earth-spawn** variants lack the green panel and instead charge **$0.80 per liter** without needing gas supply.
Functionality[]
- Automatically refills any ship or jetpack in proximity
- Holds a maximum of **500 L**
- Requires connection to a Natural Gas source
- Earth versions draw no gas and operate on microtransactions
When a vehicle enters range, it receives fuel until either the Refueler is empty or the vehicle is full.
Usage Tips[]
- Place near your colony or mills
- Connect to gas-rich supply lines (e.g. via a Pumpjack or Depot)
- Keep public in multiplayer to support others
