Rico is the shopkeeper in South America. His only purpose is to serve as a shopkeeper just like North America's Koller, and players can purchase the same tools and buildings from him as from Koller. Unlike Koller, Rico does not go insane or have a mental breakdown from Nibiru's nearing.
